簡單來說,廣西色粉分為無機色粉和有機色粉。無機色粉的耐曬和耐熱性更好,遮蓋力更好,但色譜不齊全,著色力相比于有機色粉要低,且含有重金屬,是不環保的色粉。有機色粉的色譜齊全,顏色鮮艷亮麗,著力色強,但是耐性和化學穩定性和無機色粉比要差。有機色粉不含重金屬,是環保色粉。
市(shi)面上常(chang)用的無機色粉主(zhu)要有(you)氧化(hua)鐵顏料(有(you)紅(hong)、黃(huang)、綠、黑、橙、灰、棕),鉬鉻(ge)(ge)紅(hong),鍶鉻(ge)(ge)黃(huang),檸檬鉻(ge)(ge)黃(huang),中鉻(ge)(ge)黃(huang),深鉻(ge)(ge)黃(huang),鋅鉻(ge)(ge)黃(huang)等鉻(ge)(ge)黃(huang)類;鐵藍(lan),群青(qing),氧化(hua)鉻(ge)(ge)綠,美術綠和碳黑。
有機色粉(fen)和無機色粉(fen)
常用的有機色(se)粉(fen)主要有永(yong)(yong)固紅(hong)(hong)(hong),大紅(hong)(hong)(hong)粉(fen),金光紅(hong)(hong)(hong),耐(nai)(nai)曬大紅(hong)(hong)(hong),立(li)索爾大紅(hong)(hong)(hong)/洋紅(hong)(hong)(hong)/深(shen)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)/寶紅(hong)(hong)(hong)/紫(zi)紅(hong)(hong)(hong),色(se)淀(dian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong),橡膠大紅(hong)(hong)(hong),耐(nai)(nai)曬桃紅(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)淀(dian),桃紅(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)源,喹吖(a)啶酮紅(hong)(hong)(hong),永(yong)(yong)固桃紅(hong)(hong)(hong),永(yong)(yong)固寶紅(hong)(hong)(hong),永(yong)(yong)固橙,永(yong)(yong)固橘黃(huang)(huang),耐(nai)(nai)曬黃(huang)(huang),聯苯胺黃(huang)(huang),永(yong)(yong)固黃(huang)(huang),耐(nai)(nai)曬玫(mei)瑰(gui)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)淀(dian),青蓮(lian)色(se)源,喹吖(a)啶酮紫(zi),酞青藍,酞青綠,孔雀(que)藍色(se)淀(dian)等。
無機色粉不溶于普通溶劑和塑料,熱穩定性和光穩定性比一般有機顏料優良,但著色力較有機顏料差。無機色粉的相對密度較大,一般為3.5~5.0。價格比較低廉。
從性能上比較,雖然有機(ji)顏(yan)料在耐熱性、耐候性方面(mian)不(bu)如無(wu)機(ji)色(se)(se)粉(fen),但具有相對(dui)密度小、著色(se)(se)力高(gao)、遮蓋(gai)力高(gao)、色(se)(se)澤鮮(xian)艷和(he)色(se)(se)譜(pu)齊全等優點。因此在很多領域內取代了(le)無(wu)機(ji)色(se)(se)粉(fen)的應用(yong)。
